Such information is used solely in the conduct of our business and to aid in providing services specifically requested by you. The Firm may use name and address information for its own marketing purposes, such as in distribution of newsletters and other information. We reserve the right to release information to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law. Service Terms and Cancellation Policy

We utilize the information you provide to complete all necessary legal documentation that you may order. Only after speaking with you and becoming familiar with the circumstances of your specific situation are we able to render you legal advice. If upon speaking with a lawyer you choose to engage our services, then the attorney's fees will be included in the fees for the services provided and paid for.  By engaging the Firm’s services, you authorize Kutchins & Associates, P.A. to make such cost expenditures as they deem necessary as to the claims or the defense of the client.  Any unused costs will be returned to at the conclusion of the case, or applied toward payment of fee in the event that the fee is not paid in full at that time.  If there is failure to pay the monthly fee and costs as due, the Firm is authorized to withdraw from this representation without further liability and any fees previously paid shall be retained for services performed. In addition, should collection of unpaid fees including prevailing party attorney fees be deemed necessary on any counterclaims and grievances, the Contract of Representation may be produced in any Court for purpose of withdrawal. The firm accepts all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks and money orders as payment for our services. The Firm assumes no responsibility for computer viruses resulting from use of our Web site.
